Join SEAC, VSA, and C2B as we showcase our cultures’ street food at the Blue Booths outside the SCC. Street food is an integral part of Southeast Asian cuisine and culture, and is commonly seen in all SEA countries. Its importance surpasses just cuisine - these street markets signify the resilience, hard work, and vibrant culture of Southeast Asians. During this event, students get to “travel” through the foods of Southeast and East Asia and learn more about their histories, combining food & tradition in a delicious way.
